NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Santa Clara City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5:30 PM on Thursday, October 8, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah 84765.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public input on the following items:
1. Consider a proposed Partial Plat Amendment for Lots 24 and 25, of the South Village @ Black Desert Subdivision. The property owner requests approval with the purpose of removing the common lot line between the two adjoining lots to consolidate them into one (1) large building lot. Citizens of Santa Clara are encouraged to attend the meeting where they will be given the opportunity to express any concerns they may have with the proposed action.
In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary Communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify the City Recorder, Selena Nez at 673-6712, ext. 203 at least 24 hours prior to the hearing.
