NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Santa Clara City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5:30 PM on Thursday, October 8, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah 84765.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public input on the following items:
1. Consider a proposed PDR Amendment and Site Plan application for a permanent maintenance facility at Black Desert. The subject property is 3.23 acres in size. Enlaw LLC proposes to develop the site with a maintenance office building, a mechanics building, a landscape building, and a golf cart and equipment storage building. Other site improvements including but not limited to street improvements, parking, landscaping, and fencing are required.
Citizens of Santa Clara are encouraged to attend the meeting where they will be given the opportunity to express any concerns they may have with the proposed action.
In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary Communicative aids and services) during this hearing should notify the City Recorder, Selena Nez at 673-6712, ext. 203 at least 24 hours prior to the hearing.
