NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Santa Clara City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5:30 PM on Thursday, October 8, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah 84765.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public input on the following items:
1. Public hearing, consideration and possible action on Chapter 17.80, Hillside Protection Overlay Zone. The proposed code amendment provides for a complete update to this section of city code as it has not been updated since 2008. Chapter 17.80 would become a Sensitive Area Overlay Zone replacing the original Hillside Protection Overlay Zone.
Citizens of Santa Clara are encouraged to attend the meeting where they will be given the opportunity to express any concerns they may have with the proposed action.
