Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Clara, Washington County, Utah, will hold a Planning Commission Meeting in the City Council Chambers, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah, on Thursday, August 13, 2026, commencing at 5:30 PM. The meeting will be broadcasted on our City website at https://santaclarautah.gov. 

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

      1. Consideration and possible action on Chapter 17.28.180, Rock Cut Slopes. The proposed code amendment would provide a new section in city code allowing for another wall option in Chapter 17.28, Walls, Fences, and Hedges. Santa Clara City, applicant.
      2. Consideration and possible action on a proposed Rezoning and Project Plan for property located at 4405 W. 1700 N. (Big Rocks Subdivision, Lots 1, 2, and 3). The subject properties are approximately 12.99 acres in size. The applicants, Randy & Sue Yocum, propose to Rezone the property from the Open Space OS Zone to the Planned Development Commercial PDC Zone to allow for a wedding and event center on the property.
