NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Santa Clara City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at 5:30 PM on Thursday, July 23, 2026, in the City Council Chambers, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah 84765.
The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public input on the following items:
1. Public hearing, consideration and possible action on a proposed Rezoning and Project Plan for property located at 4405 W. 1700 N. (Big Rocks Subdivision, Lots 1, 2, and 3). The subject properties are approximately 12.99 acres in size. The applicants, Randy & Sue Yocum, propose to Rezone the property from the Open Space OS Zone to the Planned Development Commercial, PDC Zone to allow for a wedding and event center on the property.
Citizens of Santa Clara are encouraged to attend the meeting where they will be given the opportunity to express any concerns they may have with the proposed action.
