Santa Clara’s Annual Swiss Days Celebration is a cherished hometown festival celebrating our Swiss pioneer heritage! Since 1990, this beloved event honors the Swiss pioneers who settled Santa Clara in 1861 and has grown into one of Southern Utah’s most anticipated community celebrations. Join us the last weekend in September for three days full of festivities beginning with our community dinner and opening ceremonies featuring the introduction of our Grand Marshal, Volunteer of the Year, and Santa Clara Royalty. The weekend continues with our popular 5K Run/Walk, hearty pancake breakfast, and the highlight—our famous parade traveling along Santa Clara Drive from the Jacob Hamblin Home to City Hall. Enjoy continuous live entertainment including our free Friday night concert, browse local food and merchandise vendors, pioneer activities at Heritage Square, participate in family-friendly games, and visit the Red Rock Car Show at Canyon View Park. Come celebrate community spirit and local history at this special Santa Clara tradition that brings neighbors together year after year!
