Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Clara, Washington County, Utah, will hold a Planning Commission Meeting in the City Council Chambers, 2603 Santa Clara Drive, Santa Clara, Utah, on Thursday, September 17, 2026, commencing at 5:30 PM. The meeting will be broadcasted on our City website at https://santaclarautah.gov.

      1. Consideration and possible action on a proposed PDC Amendment and Site Plan application for Lot 1 of the Silverado Santa Clara Amended Commercial Subdivision. Utah First Credit Union is proposing a 3,300 square foot office building on the subject property. Darin Moody, applicant. Rob Merrick, architect.
