Santa Clara’s America250 12-Month Lecture Series begins this Wednesday, January 14th, at 7:00 PM at the Santa Clara Town Hall. Join us for the opening lecture, “Why a Revolution?”
Two hundred and fifty years ago, the world changed. What do those events mean for us today in Washington County—“America’s County”?
Speaker Jeff McKenna shares the story of the American Revolution through the eyes of 1770s patriot Dr. Joseph Warren. Dressed in period attire, McKenna brings history to life while exploring the economic, political, and social tensions that led colonists to risk everything for independence.
