GRAMA Request
A GRAMA (Government Records Access and Management Act) request is the official way to request public records from the City. If your request involves Police Records, please note these are handled by the Santa Clara-Ivins Police Department. You will need to submit your request using the Police GRAMA Request Form. If your request involves Fire Records from the Santa Clara–Ivins Fire Department (SCIF), records are delivered on a thumb drive. A $25 fee applies to cover the cost of the drive.
